I’m picking this up again. It’s a great help in reconnecting with where the deep creative impulse comes from for writing (as opposed to the crafting and editing part). I find it take some patience to make myself do the many exercises, but they offer a thorough experience with the technique that is worth the effort. If your writing seems flat or uninspired, this might help.
